The $20 T will come from the people themselves that will create a decentralized system of finance that will not friend on false Gov and central banks, we have an ability to do that with the internet and peer to peer currency that allocates income based on real needs of the people based on thier geography/skill set, that system governed by the mistrust than can create a treasury to provide system of health etc. no corruption and there will be no middlemen in the system to lobby or create militaries, such a system I’ve deemed Tempus(TIME) Shahal Khan
